Tips for Soothing a Sunburn
① Soak it
For immediate relief, soak the sunburned areas in cold water for 15 mins.
② Take a bath with green tea
The tannin in the tea draws out some of the pain and can soothe the redness.
③ Use olive oil
Apply olive oil to your sunburn to stop the burn from blistering.
④ Drink water or juice to replay body fluids
Drink plenty of liquids to stay hydrated.
⑤ Use aloe vera
Apply a light coat of pure aloe vera to the sunburned skin.
